Hello, I'm Misty Ford, a dedicated Professional Nurse with more than 25 years of healthcare experience dedicated to serving individuals and families across all stages of life. Throughout my career, I have worked in pediatrics, NICU, Emergency medicine, long-term care, developmental disability services, managed care, quality assurance, virtual nursing supervision, and private-duty nursing just to mention of few. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of not only medical needs, but also the emotional and practical challenges families face when caring for a loved one.
